Hire Conditions

All equipments may be collected at our headquarters or delivered to your location with transport charges depending on transport distance, number of transport vehicles employed, staff used for unloading purposes.

Unloading of the equipment will be carried out by our staff on the first-floor of delivery location; different needs should be notified upon ordering the service. The consignee shall, upon delivery, assume full responsibility for the delivered equipment. Any missing or broken item will be charged, upon collection of material, to consignee at invoice value. The items shall be delivered to consignee clean, packed and sterilised and shall be collected unwashed. All items shall be placed back in supplied containers and stacked in the most convenient location for reloading. Washing of utilised material is free of charge; counting of items will be carried out in our premises.
Please check all items, for certainty’s sake, before their collection. The price of all marquees and gazebos is inclusive of location-survey and design, to be carried out by one of our firm’s own experts. Any complaint about the delivered material is to be notified to the consignor within 24 hours of delivery; the contested material shall be replaced free of charge. In the event complaints coming in on the day following delivery, replacement of material will be subjected to related transport charges.

Payment of delivered material 50% upon delivery and balance 30 days from collection date. Any missing item shall be separately charged to the consignee’s account and paid through bank transfer. Hired materials and transport are subject to VAT (21%). All equipments are covered by third party liability insurance; all insurance costs will be born by our company.
